Terms of Sale
We will validate the order and payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an order confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout.
CarePlus Ltd reserves the right to have their pharmacists exercise professional judgment and prevent supply of any medicine likely to constitute a hazard to health, or the supply of excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when the relevant product is known to have abuse potential.
If your order passes our validation checks we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. All transactions on this site will be billed in New Zealand dollars.
CarePlus will endeavour to deliver all orders made by you on the Website but reserves the right to refuse to deliver any products ordered for any reason, including without limitation, unavailability of stock or a decision by CarePlus to no longer sell a product.
Payment
Payment for products must be made in accordance with CarePlus’s payment policy which can be viewed here. Delivery of products will not be made until payment has been received to the satisfaction of CarePlus.
Delivery
Shipping is $6 for all of New Zealand, with a $0.50 cost per unit purchased.
New Zealand orders are sent via New Zealand Post.
Our delivery timeframe of 1-3 days from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises we have no control over the delivery time.
If for any reason we do not have a product in-stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
\Return & Exchange
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We will gladly refund or exchange purchased items under the following conditions:
We will refund faulty or damaged goods.
We will not refund for damage caused by the customer.
Used cosmetics, sexual products, food, and clothing are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable for all exchanges except for damaged goods.
All goods to be exchanged must be returned as new (i.e. new, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition).
We’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In other cases, a return postage fee will apply and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
NON-RETURNABLE AND REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS:
All products listed as clearance items (with a short product expiry).
A product with a clear statement displayed on its page as non-refundable for your health and safety protection.
Lost products caused by improper delivery due to incorrect addresses and postcodes provided by the customer. Our address labels are automatic and any error in the input of delivery address is the customer’s responsibility.
Prohibited items that are detained or confiscated at your own customs. Please check your country’s customs and duty laws before purchasing.
STOCK UNAVAILABLE:
In the case you place an order for product that subsequently becomes unavailable or there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you via email and phone within 24-48 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you. You may wait until the product is available or replace the product with a substitute product (the order total will be confirmed and adjusted), unless otherwise instructed.
In other case where you would like to purchase a clearly stated the out of stock situation product, you may email us and we will contact you immediately once it becomes available again.
Product Warranties
All products ordered by you are supplied on an “as is, where is” basis and CarePlus makes no warranty as to the suitability or efficacy of any product beyond any manufacturer warranty included with the product.

Product Expiry Dates
Some products supplied to you will include an expiry date which will vary depending on the product. It is CarePlus’s policy not to dispatch any product that is within three months of its expiry date, unless otherwise stated on it’s product page.

Promotions, product range and prices may differ between online store and offline store.
Products featured are not shown to scale. Only one gift per customer in gift with purchase offers. Free product must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest priced item purchased in 3 for 2 or Buy one get one free offers. Half price product must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest priced
product purchased in Buy 1 Get 2nd Half Price offers.
All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
